SREEDHARMASASTHA PHOTOGRAPHY LLP believes in helping its customers as far as possible and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
• Cancellation Requests: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of booking the service. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the shoot has already been scheduled and communicated to the photographers and other service providers.
• Non-Cancellable Items: SREEDHARMASASTHA PHOTOGRAPHY LLP does not accept cancellation requests for items that are perishable or custom-made, such as printed photo albums, custom frames, or any other personalized products. However, a refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product was delivered physically damaged.
• Damaged or Defective Deliverables: In case of receipt of damaged or defective photographs or videos, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained once our team has checked and determined the issue. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the deliverables.
• Service Mismatch: If you feel that the services received do not match what was promised or expected, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the final deliverables. The Customer Service Team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.
• Warranty Issues: In case of complaints regarding third-party products that come with a warranty, please refer the issue to the respective manufacturer.
• Refund Processing: In case of any refunds approved by SREEDHARMASASTHA PHOTOGRAPHY LLP, it will take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
